The person behind the factory

Hi, I'm Rupreet.
AI architect, systems thinker, 25 years in tech
I'm an AI and systems architect. My career has been a loop rather than a ladder: enterprise tech at Microsoft, global consulting at Accenture, founding my own startups, and back to architecture again. Along the way I picked up a granted AI patent and a habit of angel investing.
I've sat in rooms where AI projects die slow deaths, not because the technology failed, but because the architecture was wrong from day one. I've also shipped under pressure as a founder, where you learn fast what works once the demo is over and the budget is real.
Today I design agentic systems and LLM infrastructure, and I write about what I learn from first principles, without the hype. gFactory is where I put all of that to work on my own ideas.
Where I go deep
Agentic systems
Multi-agent orchestration, memory and context management, tool routing. Autonomous loops that do real work, not demos.
LLM infrastructure and cost governance
Routing, observability and token cost control, so AI stays deployable at scale.
AI product engineering
Spec-driven development, eval frameworks and production deployment patterns. The full system, not just the model layer.
More from me
My writing on agentic systems, production AI and LLM infrastructure lives on my own site.
